South Florida’s Most Prestigious Luncheon - The 34th Annual MS Gala Luncheon benefitting the National MS Society

The MS Gala Luncheon, South Florida’s largest luncheon, has become one of the most prestigious fundraisers in the community. Since the event’s inception the MS Gala Luncheon has raised more than $5 million to help the National MS Society fund research to find the cause of MS, ways to treat MS and, ultimately, a cure for the disease. Additionally, funds go toward programs that enhance knowledge, health and independence for the 7,500 people affected by MS in South Florida. The Society will present the MS Hope Award – The Society’s highest volunteer award to David Schulman during the MS Gala Luncheon.

When Debbie Zelman, was diagnosed with Stage IV advanced, incurable stomach cancer 2008, her chances of being alive in five years were four percent. While she has been fighting for her own life, Debbie has also been trying to educate the public and help other stomach cancer patients change their odds.
